Refund Policy 

At DigiSpry.in, we sell 100% digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because all our products are digital, downloadable, and cannot be returned, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.


1. No Refund After Purchase

Once a customer completes the payment, the system instantly provides access to:

  • Download links

  • Digital files

  • Bonus materials (if included)

Since digital products cannot be “returned”, refunds become impossible under any situation, including:

  • “I changed my mind”

  • “I didn’t know it was a digital product”

  • “I thought it was something else”

  • “I no longer need it”

  • “I downloaded it but didn’t use it”

By purchasing from DigiSpry.in, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.


2. Duplicate Payment Situations

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error, we will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate payment only.


3. Failed or Incomplete Downloads

If your download link is not working due to:

  • Technical issues

  • Server error

  • Link expiration

We will reactivate or resend your download link for free.

Refunds are not issued in such cases — instead, we ensure you receive the product.


4. Product Not Delivered

If you do not receive the product due to:

  • Email delivery failure

  • Incorrect email entry

  • Technical glitch

Contact us at support@digispry.in, and we will immediately re-send the access details.

Refunds will not be issued, as the product will still be delivered.


5. Exchange or Replacement

In case of corrupted or inaccessible files (rare), we will:

  • Provide a fresh download link, or

  • Replace the files with working versions

No refunds are issued — only replacements.
